Adicionar el siguiente

Parágrafo

al Artículo 1.2.7.1.1 del Decreto 1821 de 2020, el cual quedará así: “

Los municipios beneficiarios de la participación adicional del 5% de Asignaciones Directas podrán disponer de la asignación definida en la respectiva Ley de presupuesto de conformidad con el ciclo de proyectos y atendiendo las demás disposiciones de las Asignaciones Directas definidas en la Ley 2056 de 2020, el presente Decreto y demás normativa vigente. También podrán, los municipios beneficiarios, participar de forma voluntaria pactando el anticipo de este concepto con personas jurídicas que desarrollen actividades de exploración de recursos naturales no renovables atendiendo las reglas dispuestas en el presente Título.”
