La emisión de Títulos de Ahorro Nacional, TAN, con base en las disponibilidades generadas por la redención de títulos en circulación, por cuanto no afecta el cupo autorizado, sólo requerirá la aprobación previa del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público - Dirección General de Crédito Público -, por solicitud del Banco de la República acompañada de la respectiva certificación de disponibilidad.
