Registro Único De Beneficiarios

Ley 986 de 2005 · por medio de la cual se adoptan medidas de protección a las víctimas del secuestro y sus familias, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Corresponde a la Secretaría Técnica del Conase, o quien haga sus veces, llevar el registro único de beneficiarios de los instrumentos de protección previstos en la presente ley. Para el ingreso y permanencia en el registro, el interesado deberá dar cumplimiento a los requisitos exigidos en los artículos 3º y 5º de la presente ley.

El registro único de beneficiarios hará parte del Centro Nacional de Datos sobre Secuestro, Extorsión y demás Atentados contra la Libertad Personal, creado por la Ley 282 de 1996 .
