Quienes incumplan las normas establecidas en esta ley serán responsables en los términos del artículo 89 de la Ley 38 de 1989 .

La Dirección General del Presupuesto informará de estas irregularidades a la Contraloría General de la República y a la Procuraduría Delegada para Asuntos Presupuestales para la iniciación del correspondiente juicio civil de cuentas y las investigaciones y sanciones respectivas, sin perjuicio de las demás acciones a que haya lugar según la ley.
