El Procurador General de la Nación procederá a citar a audiencia al servidor público cuando por cualquiera de los medios probatorios referidos en este Código, adquiera certeza de que está en presencia de alguna de las causales previstas en el numeral 1º del artículo 278 de la Constitución Política.
