Las sumas asignadas por el presente Decreto para sueldos y demás gastos, serán situadas en la Tesorería Departamental de Nariño. Su manejo debe quedar asegurado con la fianza adicional que el Tesorero Departamental tiene prestada para el manejo de fondos nacionales. Este funcionario hará la totalidad de los gastos, mediante órdenes visadas por el Secretario de Higiene, en su calidad de Director Departamental de Higiene, y rendirá cuentas comprobadas a la Contraloría General de la República. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
