Artículo Décimoprimero. Los gastos a que se refieren, los artículos tercero, séptimo, octavo y décima del presente Decreto serán por cuenta del Ministerio de Obras Públicas. Los viáticos se imputarán a los gastos de sostenimiento del respectivo organismo. Los gastos a que se refieren los artículos segundo y quinto serán por cuenta del Ministerio de Higiene.
