ARTICULO 134 . OPORTUNIDAD PARA RENDIR VERSIÓN. Quien tenga conocimiento de la existencia de una investigación disciplinaria en su contra y antes de que le formulen cargos, podrá solicitar al correspondiente funcionario que le reciba la versión libre. Siempre que al uniformado se le reciba versión libre, se le hará conocer el derecho de ser asistido por un abogado conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 55, numeral 2de éste decreto.
