Continuación de diligencia. Si las diligencias a que se refiere el capítulo anterior hubieren sido realizadas directamente por el funcionario de investigación y pasados diez días el presunto infractor no estuviere identificado, deberá continuarlas con tal fin hasta por sesenta días. Para este efecto podrá comisionar a la Policía Judicial por el mismo término.
