Art. 2.° Quedan suprimidos los Estados Mayores de Brigada; y por lo demás, el Ejército será organizado conforme á las disposiciones del Código Militar.

Parágrafo

Exceptúase de la disposición de este artículo el Estado de Panamá, en el cual podrá el Poder Ejecutivo establecer una Brigada con su respectivo Estado Mayor.
