°. Vigencia. El PAED tendrá como mínimo la vigencia del plan de desarrollo departamental que soportó su estructuración o actualización. En el caso de los PAED que fueron construidos antes del 31 de diciembre de 2015, el tiempo mínimo de vigencia será hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2019. Lo anterior, atendiendo al principio de continuidad, establecido en el literal f) del artículo 3° de la Ley 152 de 1994.
