ARTICULO 5o . La remuneración mínima mensual del Secretario General del Tribunal Disciplinario, del Secretario General de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y del Secretario General del Consejo de Estado, será el equivalente al ochenta y cinco por ciento (85%) de la que por concepto de asignación básica y gastos de representación corresponda a los Magistrados del Tribunal Disciplinario, de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y Consejeros de Estado, respectivamente. El cincuenta por ciento (50%) del salario mensual tendrá el carácter de gastos de representación.
