Art. 8.° Si los acreedores no se conformaren con las resoluciones definitivas dictadas por la Comisión y aprobadas por el Ministerio respectivo, se les devolverán los dos presentados para que ocurran ante el Poder Judicial, en vía ordinaria, demandando sus créditos; y el juicio se surtirá en primera instancia ante el Juez competente del Departamento en que tuvo lugar el suministro, empréstito, expropiación o contribución de guerra, y en segunda instancia ante la Corte Suprema de la Nación.
