Los militares, colombianos o extranjeros. a) servicio del Ejército, que cometieren el delito de asonada, serán castigados con la pena de dos a cuatro años de prisión militar, si fueren promotores o directores de la asonada, y con la pena de seis a diez y ocho meses de prisión militar, en los demás casos.
