Art. 1.º El Cabo mayor del Resguardo de salinas nacionales del Estado de Boyacá, tendrá el carácter de Jefe de ese cuerpo i ejercerá las funciones i cumplirá los deberes que le correspondan, segun los reglamentos i órdenes que en virtud de lo que dispone el artículo 5.º deben espedir las Administraciones de las salinas de Chita i Muneque i de Pajarito.
