Divulgación . La dirección de Asuntos para las Comunidades Negras del Ministerio del Interior, el Icetex y las demás entidades competentes, a través de los medios de comunicación de las Alcaldías Municipales, de las organizaciones de Comunidades Negras y en general de todos los sectores sociales existentes en territorios de Comunidades Negras, divulgarán el contenido de este decreto, a fin de preparar las condiciones que hagan posible su aplicación.
