El Ministro de Instrucción Pública, o en su defecto el Subsecretario del ramo, presidirá los Consejos Directivos de las Escuelas Normales Centrales de Bogotá, en atención a que tales institutos, por su carácter especial de centrales, no quedaron comprendidos en lo dispuesto por el artículo 4.° del Decreto 670 del presente año, y han venido dependiendo en su dirección y vigilancia suprema del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública directamente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
