Autorizase al Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería para prohibir la exportación de animales procedentes de regiones o Departamentos que fuesen declarados infectados, prohibición que cesaría a los treinta días le haberse dado por limpio o libre de infección la región o Departamento afectado.
