Veracidad y consistencia de la información. Las entidades encargadas de reportar la información al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y a la Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES) y los afiliados, son responsables de la veracidad y consistencia de la información que reporten, así como de la acreditación de los requisitos previstos en el presente decreto. Así mismo, son responsables de custodiar los documentos y demás información que se genere con ocasión de este proceso y de suministrarla cuando lo requiera el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, la Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES) o cualquier autoridad administrativa o judicial.
