Artículo único. Autorízase a la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos para conceder a la Industria Colombiana de Fertilizantes, S. A., un préstamo hasta por la suma de cinco millones de pesos ($5.000.000.00) moneda corriente, con intereses del seis por ciento (6%) anual, y plazo máximo de cinco (5) años, con destino a las obras de montaje de la Central Termoeléctrica de la Industria Colombiana de Fertilizantes, S. A. en Barrancabermeja. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
