Retiro por inasistencia al servicio por más de diez (10) días sin causa justificada. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares serán retirados en cualquier tiempo del servicio activo, por inasistencia al servicio por más de diez (10) días consecutivos sin causa justificada, caso en el cual el retiro se producirá sin perjuicio da la acción penal correspondiente.
