Artículo primero . Las Empresas de Transporte que tengan rutas y frecuencias u horarios autorizados en áreas urbanas, veredales e intermunicipales están obligadas a prestar el Servicio Público de Transporte, con un mínimo del 70% de su parque automotor, en los días de elecciones durante las horas de votación. Sólo podrán cobrar las tarifas fijadas por la autoridad competente.
