ARTICULO 55 . REGISTRO DE COMPRADORES Y USUARIOS. Las personas de que trata el artículo 52 deberán elaborar y mantener un registro, el cual deberá contener la siguiente información: Nombre, documento de identidad, dirección, teléfono y actividad de sus compradores o usuarios. Esta información deberá mantenerse actualizada. Así mismo, las personas naturales o jurídicas autorizadas deberán expedir una tarjeta distintiva de usuario, donde se indiquen los datos personales del mismo, y la persona o empresa que suministró el equipo.
