Art. 2°. La cuenta de reconocimiento y ordenación de los Departamentos de Hacienda y del Tesoro quedará á cargo de la Sección 4. a del Ministerio de Hacienda, de la cual pasarán á formar parte para atender á los mismos trabajos el primer Tenedor de libros y el Oficial es escribiente de la Sección 4. a del extinguido Ministerio del Tesoro.
