ARTICULO 29 . Capacitación extranjeros. Podrán ingresar al curso de formación de oficiales y personal del nivel ejecutivo, los nacionales de otros países que sean designados por los respectivos gobiernos y aceptados por el de Colombia a quienes se les conferirá el grado honorario de oficial, o del nivel ejecutivo, previa aprobación del respectivo curso.
