Artículo séptimo. El incumplimiento del presente decreto por parte de los empleadores o del Banco Central Hipotecario dará lugar a la aplicación de las sanciones establecidas en el artículo 41 del Decreto 2351 de 1965, con destino al Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).
