Gratuidad del registro de industria y comercio . El trámite de inscripción, modificación o cancelación del registro de industria y comercio es de carácter gratuito. Toda estipulación en contrario se entenderá por no escrita. En los municipios en los que opere la Ventanilla Única Empresarial (VUE), el trámite de inscripción, modificación o cancelación del registro de industria y comercio deberá hacerse a través de ella.
