Condónase al señor José María Zapata, vecino de Guarne, en el Departamento de Antioquia, la cantidad de cien pesos ($ 100) que le habían sido cobrados por la no presentación oportuna de un reo, y ordénase la devolución de esta suma por la Administración de Hacienda de Medellín, para lo cual abrirá el Gobierno el crédito administrativo necesario al Presupuesto de la actual vigencia.
