Reglamento de suscriptores. Los operadores de servicios de telecomunicaciones que utilicen sistemas de radiomensajes, deberán ceñirse al reglamento de suscriptores que expida el Ministerio de Comunicaciones dentro de los dieciocho (18) meses siguientes a la expedición de este decreto, y su contenido deberá ponerse en conocimiento de la organización del operador y de sus usuarios, con el fin de garantizar su aplicación en las relaciones con sus suscriptores y en la prestación del servicio.
