Modifíquese el numeral 2 del artículo 2.22.1.1.6 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "2. Invertir en fondos de inversión colectiva que tengan calificación vigente otorgada por la misma sociedad calificadora o que sean administradas por una entidad cuya calificación, acerca de la administración de portafolios, haya sido otorgada por la sociedad calificadora y esté vigente. Para efectos del presente numeral se entenderá por fondos de inversión colectiva los definidos en la Parte 3 del presente decreto y demás normas que la desarrollen, complementen o sustituyan.".
