Artículo trece . El certificado judicial y de policía que expida el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad en Bogotá, será válido en todo el territorio nacional y el que se expida por cualquiera de sus repartaciones, tendrá validez únicamente en el territorio de su jurisdicción. Sin embargo, la refrendación en Bogotá de un certificado le dará validez en todo el territorio.
