Art. 3.° La parte del haber que queda sin distribuirse por raciones diarias a los individuos de tropa que presten el servicio en los Estados de la Costa del Atlántico i pueblos del norte del Estado S. de Santander, se pagará como ajustamiento al fin de cada mes, incluyéndola en la libranza de la última semana.
