Quedarán exentas de la vigilancia de la Superintendencia de Sociedades, a partir del primer día hábil del mes de abril de 2007, todas las sociedades mercantiles y empresas unipersonales que a la fecha de expedición del presente acto administrativo se encuentren vigiladas por la Superintendencia de Sociedades, salvo que se hallen incursas en alguna de las causales que el presente decreto establece, en cuyo caso la vigilancia continuará.
