Concluida la lectura del expediente y el examen de testigos o pruebas, cuando las hubiere, el Presidente ordenará que sean leídos los cuestionarios que han de absolver los vocales. Las partes podrán pedir la modificación de los cuestionarios, y el Consejo, por mayoría de votos, resolverá sobre las modificaciones propuestas.
