El fallo del Tribunal podrá ser apelado ante el superior inmediato con atribuciones disciplinarias de quien efectuó la convocatoria respectiva. Dicha apelación debe interponerse en el momento de la notificación o dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes y se sustentará dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes a la apelación.
