Artículo once. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto por los artículos 32 de la Ley 45 de 1923 y 3º de la Ley 17 de 1925, que el Superintendente Bancario podrá aplicar cuando lo estime necesario, los bancos comerciales pagarán a favor de la Nación un interés del 12% anual sobre los defectos de encaje legal consolidado liquidados sobre los saldos diarios.
