Reubicación de instalaciones. Los usuarios que no dispongan de área apropiada para la construcción de sistemas de control de contaminación y/o que no cumplan con las normas de vertimiento, deberán reubicar sus instalaciones, cuando quiera que no puedan por otro medio garantizar la adecuada disposición de sus vertimientos.
