Queda derogada la Ley 7 de 1922 . En consecuencia, cesara la suspensión decretada en dicha Ley respecto del ordinal 1o. del Artículo 11 de la Ley 71 de 1915 . Quedan igualmente derogadas las disposiciones de esta última Ley en cuanto sean contrarias a la presente.
