Embarcado que haya sido el cargamento, y luégo que se haya avisado a la Aduana que el buque se encuentra dispuesto a levar anclas y que se ha devuelto la patente de navegación al Capitán, el Jefe del Resguardo pasará a bordo y ordenará la inmediata salida del buque.
