° . Sanciones. Por los defectos en las inversiones de las reservas o los excesos en los límites individuales y/o globales de inversión, en que incurran las entidades aseguradoras y que no correspondan a las excepciones del artículo anterior, la Superintendencia Bancaria impondrá una multa a favor del Tesoro Nacional por el equivalente al 3.5% del defecto o del exceso de inversión, según corresponda, presentado en cada trimestre.
