° Mientras se elige e instala el Concejo Municipal de Mitú, corresponderá al Ministerio de Gobierno disponer, de acuerdo a las normas legales, lo relativo a la organización y funcionamiento del nuevo municipio, a la expedición de su presupuesto de rentas y gastos y a la adopción de todas las demás medidas propias de aquella corporación que sean indispensables.
