Las entidades del Estado comprometidas en el Plan Nacional de Acción Nacional contra las Minas Antipersonal y Atención a Víctimas deberán disponer los recursos necesarios para dar cumplimiento a los compromisos derivados de la Convención de Ottawa, de acuerdo a su objeto y funciones de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Estatuto Orgánico del Presupuesto Nacional.
