La participación que corresponde al Municipio de Ciénaga por el aumento del impuesto predial, se distribuirá así: el setenta por ciento para la limpia y canalización de los caños y ciénagas que comunican a dicho Municipio con el río Magdalena, y el treinta por ciento para las obras de defensa contra la invasión del mar.
