Comisiones para atender invitaciones . Las comisiones para atender invitaciones de gobiernos extranjeros, organismos internacionales o entidades particulares, sólo podrán ser aceptadas previo cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 129 de la Constitución Nacional y serán otorgadas sin requisitos adicionales a excepción de la disponibilidad presupuestal cuando impliquen erogación del Tesoro Público.
