Suspensión de transporte doméstico por vía aérea . Suspender a partir de las cero horas (00:00 a.m.) del día 13 de abril de 2020, hasta las cero horas (00:00 a.m.) del día 27 de abril de 2020, el transporte doméstico por vía aérea. Sólo se permitirá el transporte doméstico por vía aérea, en los siguientes casos

1.

Emergencia humanitaria.

2.

El transporte de carga y mercancía.

3.

Caso fortuito o fuerza mayor.
