Artículo tercero. Suprímense el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Piedecuesta y el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Concepción. Los procesos existentes en el Juzgado de Piedecuesta serán entregados, por riguroso inventario, a los Jueces de Bucaramanga, a cuyo Circuito Judicial se adscriben los Municipios que hoy integran el de Piedecuesta, y los existentes en el Juzgado de Concepción a los Jueces de Málaga, a cuyo Circuito Judicial se adscribe el territorio perteneciente hoy a dicho Juzgado.
