La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia continuará ejecutando en lo pertinente las apropiaciones comprometidas antes de la expedición del presente Decreto, por parte de las Superintendencias objeto de la fusión. De igual manera, se aplicará este procedimiento para la ejecución de las cuentas por pagar y de las reservas presupuestales.
