Art.10. En tiempo de guerra la suprema corte de la Unión, constituida i organizada como corte marcial, ejercerá las atribuciones i cumplirá los deberes que las leyes vigentes atribuyen a la corte suprema marcial i a las cortes marciales de distrito de la Unión.
