Art. 1.° Concédese una recompensa de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000), por una sola vez, á la Señorita Doña Concepción Franco Vergara, hija soltera única del Coronel Habacuc Franco; cantidad que no podrá embargársele por motivo alguno.

La expresada suma se entregará á la agraciada en dinero, incluyéndola en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la próxima vigencia económica.
