amends ley 57/35

Artículo 7° El artículo 2° de la Ley 57 de 1936 , quedara así:

La Nación contribuirá con la cantidad de doscientos mil pesos ($200.000) para la celebración del cuarto centenario de la ciudad de Pasto. Esta suma será paga por partes iguales en las tres vigencias próximas, al Municipio de Pasto, y serán intervenidas por el de acuerdo con el concepto de una junta integrada por el Gobernador del Departamento, un Delegado de la Dirección Nacional de Higiene, el Presidente del Concejo, el Ingeniero Departamental y el Auditor de la Contraloría General de la República.
